The molecular substance guarantees the melt quality; the lower machine is a single-screw melt extruder for melt extrusion, and the fine filtration of the melt is carried out at the outlet, and then the pellet is cut.

Advantages of the Two-stage machine

For the characteristics of plastic recycling, the two-section machine solution has advantages in melt filtration and exhaust.

More excellent melt filtration function, using "single + single" or "single + twin" two-stage machine mode, the upper machine filter is responsible for coarse filtration, and the lower machine filter is responsible for refined filtration.

The two-stage machine has a better exhaust function, and the connecting part of the upper and lower extruders is equipped with a vacuum device to remove a large amount of water vapor and volatile gases in the melt.
